Based in Dublin, Qbanaa spent her early years travelling back and forth to Cuba, where music and salsa dancing were integral parts of her childhood. She grew up in North Frederick Street Flats I Dublin 1 where she sang in school choirs and with her grandmother in Spanish Mass. Consequently, she is influenced by a blend of soul, jazz, Latin and contemporary genres. Her 2022 debut single Truth and Desire hit four key playlists, was listed in the Top 40 Irish Songs of the Year by DJ Peter Curtin and nominated for Track of the Year by Hot Press, alongside an appearance in the category of Most Promising Artist. The second release Rise Above dropped February 2023 – a two track EP collaboration with Dan Doherty (Darklands Studio, Fontaines D.C, Damien Dempsey). From it Creative Perfection Pt.1 was named as a track of the week by Hot Press, Nialler9 and Golden Plec. Her new single Shrink is released in early July. Recently announced by District Magazine for their Future of Irish Music in 2023, Q has a reputation for an incredible live performance – selling out her debut headliner, playing Body & Soul festival and supporting Ruby Waters and Liv.E.

Tomike is an artist born and raised in Dublin Ireland. She has performed at international festivals such Primavera Sound Barcelona 2022 and Liverpool Sound City 2021 and was hand-picked as one of British Airways’ Next Big Things for her single You Don’t Really Rate Me which played in-flight. Her single Another life has it 250,000 streams alone. Launching a new fresh liquid drum and bass sound, 2023 is going to be a great year for Tomike.
